I made the dough in my bread machine, using the recipe that was in the cook book that came with my bread machine. It is about the easiest thing to make in the world and entails dumping flour, water, olive oil, salt, and yeast into the machine and pressing start. So much more delicious than store bought dough.
As for the pesto, it was just OK. Not the best, but it came from a jar so I really was not expecting much to begin with. I am now motivated to go to home depot and by myself a huge basil plant so I can make and freeze a ton of home made pesto. Stay tuned because I will likely post a recipe : )
