The following outfit was recently worn for dinner and drinks with friends:
The lipstick {featured in Monday's post} is Covergirl Enchantress. I was really hoping for a more matte color and this one has some sparkle to it, but over all I love it. The bright pink inspired me to pull out the coach Sabrina Bag Seth bought be a few years ago {similar bags available here}. The top is an older french connection sweater. I used to be quite a designer jean snob!! However, while at Banana Republic a while ago I found these jeans on the sale rack. They are quite possibly the most flattering and best fitting skinny jeans I have ever found. {similar available here}. The shoes are patent leather coach loafers. I love them for casual outfits and for work too. {similar available here and here}. Lastly, the nail polish is Essie Chinchilly.
Most of my outfits are not that trendy or exciting -- I mostly just try to be warm and comfortable. I rely on little touches like well manicured nails, cute shoes, and a basic color palette to look put together with a relaxed outfit.
